摘要
介绍了掘进机镐齿的破碎机理。在Autodesk Inventor环境下对掘进机镐形截齿进行三维实体建模后,并利用其自身附带的有限元分析模块对镐形截齿在最大工作负载状态下进行有限元分析,得出镐形截齿的Mises等效应力和变形量及危险截面的分布情况。该分析结果为进一步提高镐齿的使用寿命提供了改进方向和理论依据。
Introducing the point-attack pick crushing mechanism of heading machine. Finishing the point-attack pick's 3D solid modeling of heading machine in Autodesk Inventor environment, using the finite element analysis module of the software to analysis the point-attack pick under the condition of maximum working load,and concluding the point-attack pick's distribution of the Mises equivalent stress, the deformation and the dangerous section. The results of the analysis provide the improvement direction and theoretical basis for further improving the service lifetime of the point-attack pick.
