摘要
研究了GH163合金薄板成形极限图(FLD)的特点,并在实验基础上获得了该板料的FLD,将FLD与专用有限元软件DYNAFORM中利用Keeler公式自动生成的FLD作为模拟时破裂的判据,模拟研究了GH163合金筒形件的拉深和杯突过程,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,GH163合金FLD在一定范围内分别呈明显的直线、二次函数趋势,实验所得GH163FLD应用于DYNAFORM能较准确的预测该材料冲压成形过程中破裂问题。
The characteristics of the forming limit diagram(FLD)for superalloy GH163 were studied and established.The deep drawing and cupping processes were simulated based on DYNAFORM with the experiment obtained FLD and auto Keeler FLD as fracture criteria.In order to validate the simulated results,the deep drawing and cupping experiments were also performed.The results show that the FLD for superalloy GH163 presents the trends of the linear function and the quadratic function,and the fracture in the forming of GH163 can be more precisely predicted by using the FLD based on the experiment.
