卡培他滨致手足综合征的护理研究进展 被引量：21

摘要 卡培他滨（希罗达）,化学名称为胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶激活的氟尿嘧啶,是一种新型的口服抗肿瘤的细胞毒药物。因其高效、低毒的特点且方便口服的给药方式,越来越广泛地应用于结直肠癌、胃癌、卵巢癌及晚期乳腺癌的治疗,但手足综合征（hand-foot syndrome,HFS）是其最常见的治疗相关的不良事件,即出现以掌跖部感觉丧失及红斑为主的特异性皮肤综合征,表现为手足色素沉着、皮肤肿胀、水疱、溃疡伴疼痛，严重者影响到日常生活，其总发生率高达45％-68％。
