摘要
把STC89C52RC单片机与继电器、电机、显示器件等有关硬件结合来完成洗衣机控制系统的设计。继电器控制进、排水阀的打开和关闭,电机控制洗衣机缸体的正反转动,显示器件采用数码管可直观、方便显示出实时洗涤时间,并采用发光二极管对洗衣状态进行指示。分别从方案设计、原理图设计、软件设计等角度详细介绍了洗衣机控制系统的设计过程,并通过Proteus软件对整个设计进行了仿真。
It combined the STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer with relay, motor, display parts and other hardware to realize the design of the control system of washing machine in this paper. The relays controlled the opening and closing the inlet valve and drain valve, the motor controlled the positive and negative rotation of the washer cylinder, the display device adopted digital tube to display real-time washing time intuitively and conveniently, and the light emitting diode indicated the state of the washer. The design process of the control system of washing machine was introduced in detail by divided into the de- sign of the whole scheme, the design of principle diagram, and the design of software, and the simulation of the whole design is carried out by Proteus software.
