摘要
低碳城镇化是新型城镇化建设的重要内容,也是实现绿色、环保、可持续经济发展的重要方式。河北省正处于城镇化加快发展的阶段,为了避免城镇化对碳排放的锁定效应,将低碳城镇化作为新型城镇化建设的有效途径,对河北省的经济和社会发展具有重大的理论和实践意义。基于低碳城镇化的理论内涵,首先描述河北省低碳城镇化的发展现状,然后深入分析河北省低碳城镇化的现存问题,最后提出河北省低碳城镇化的实施路径。
Low-carbon urbanization is the important content of new urban construction, and is also an important way to realize the green, environmental and sustainable economic development. Now Hebei province is in the stage of accelerating development of urbanization. In order to avoid the effect of urban- ization on locking in carbon emissions, low-carbon urbanization has great theoretical and practical signif- icance for the economic and social development of Hebei province as an effective way to the new urban construction. This paper discusses the low-carbon economy and urbanization theory, investigates the de- velopment status of low-carbon urbanization in Hebei, deeply analyzes the existing issues of low carbon urbanization development in Hebei, and proposes the realization path of low-carbon urbanization devel- opment.
