基于VW模型的土地可持续利用评价及时空特征分析——以安徽省市域为例 被引量:23

摘要 研究目的:揭示安徽省各地市土地可持续利用程度及时空格局特征,实现土地资源可持续利用。研究方法:文献资料法、变权模型(VW模型)、层次分析法(AHP)。研究结果:(1)2005—2013年安徽省各地市土地可持续利用指数总体偏低,介于轻度不可持续(III1)到临界可持续(II1)状态之间;(2)从土地可持续利用指数的变化情况来看,增速最慢的为马鞍山市,增速低于2%,增速较缓慢的地区为合肥、阜阳、六安、芜湖、铜陵、黄山,年均增长率介于2%—3%之间,其余地市土地可持续利用指数年均增长率较快,均超过了3%;(3)土地可持续利用程度在空间上呈现一定的地域特征,总体上看,土地可持续利用指数由高到低依次为江南地区、江淮地区、淮河以北地区。研究结论:安徽省土地可持续利用程度总体较差,但各地市土地可持续利用程度不断提升,土地可持续利用格局呈良性发展态势。 The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent of sustainable land use and their temporal and spatial patterns in each city of Anhui Province, and to achieve the sustainable utilization of land resources. Method of documentation, Variable Weight model (VW model) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are applied. The results show that: 1 )on the whole, the sustainable land use index of each city in Anhui province from 2005 to 2013 is low. They are between mild unsustainable (III1 ) and the critical sustainable (II1). 2)The variations performance indexes display that the growth for Ma'anshan, which is below 2%, is the slowest, while those cities like Hefei, Fuyang, lu'an, Wuhu, Tongling, Huangshan have lower annual growth rate of land sustainable use indexes, which are between 2% to 3%.The rest cities in Anhui Province have faster growth rate i.e. more than 3%. 3)The sustainable land use in Anhui Province presents obvious regional characteristic. Overall, the degree of sustainable land use in the Jiangnan region, Jianghuai region and areas north of the Huaihe River show a progressively declining trend. It is concluded that the sustainable land use in AnhuiProvince was inferior as a whole; but the degree of sustainable land use in each city in Anhui Province is constantly raising, and the pattern of sustainable land use presents a healthy development trend.
