摘要
结合数控课程虚拟仿真实验中的实际教学情况,基于Windows系统,以VB6.0为工具,开发了一个数控虚拟仿真实验辅助系统。系统利用VB中的OLE容器控件容纳"链接"对象或"嵌入"对象,实现Word等文本文件的调用;利用Swflash.ocx控件强大的视频播放功能,实现Swf等多种视频格式文件的调用;基于Client/Server网络结构模式,采用面向连接的TCP协议与用户建立连接,通过链接提供双向、有序的数据流服务,实现网络交互教学。该系统操作简单,界面友好,交互性强,可引导学生明确实验目的,清晰实验原理、清楚实验步骤和方法,提高了实验实效,已成为虚拟仿真实验教学的有益补充和保障。
Combined with virtual simulation experiment in the course of numerical control,based on Windows system,the author developed a NC virtual simulation experiment aided teaching system with the tool of VB6. 0. The system uses VB OLE container control to hold a linkage for an object or embedded object,and to realize the word text file transfer;it uses Swflash. ocx to provide powerful video playback,and to realize a call of SWF and other video file formats; based on client / server network structure mode,it uses TCP protocol and user oriented linkage to establish a connection,the link can provide bidirectional,ordered data service flow,the realization of interactive network teaching. The system has advantages of simple operation,friendly interface,strong interactivity,can guide students to have a clear objective,clear experimental principle,clear steps and method of experiment,and can improve the effectiveness of experimental teaching. The system has become a beneficial complement and security of virtual simulation experiment teaching.
