摘要
国内外面临相同的少子化现象,异同的成因,2条主因造成中国少子化现象:(1)国家政策为中国迈进少子化时代埋下了伏笔;(2)个体生育态度的鲜明化、多样化已剥离与生育政策的调控与影响。以少子化人口模式视角为出发点,剖析由此给我国学校体育带来的挑战与机遇,正视困境,紧抓机遇,为我国学校体育的良性发展提供建议。研究发现:少子化人口模式带来的生源萎缩加速我国学校体育良性生态的失衡,加快国内学校体育人才的输入减少、跨行业流失、跨国界流动等萎缩现象,以及来自家庭教育观念冲突压力的加剧和面对来自应试教育的影响等诸多挑战;少子化人口模式为我国学校体育提供了利于优化体育教育资源、实施开展体育精英教育模式、加速提升学校体育在国家层面的战略地位等机遇;少子化对学校体育的挑战远远大于带来的机遇。建议:以提升青少年身体素质为突破口,重视学校体育基础教育;全面深化学校体育教育教学改革;科学规划学校体育基本设施建设,合理使用硬件教育资源;加强学校体育长远协调发展的统筹与领导。
Lowest-low fertility can be seen both domestic and overseas with same and different causes. There are two main reasons for lowest-low fertilityin China. One is the nation policy which sows the seed of the access to lowest-low fertility;another is the trenchancy,diversification of personal maternityattitude separated from the regulate and control and the effect of fertility policy. This study dissects the challenge and opportunities brought by the modelof lowest-low fertility in national physical education. Envisage the difficulties and hold on the opportunities to give some suggestions for the positivedevelopment of national physical education. The research conclusion showed that the reduction of student resource brought by lowest-low fertility speedsthe degenerative phenomenon of unbalanced benign ecology and sports brain drain of the national physical education,drain of cross-business andcross-land,enforces the pressure of family educational concepts confliction and brings more challenges of facing and dealing with the exam-orientededucation. It also brings opportunities to optimize physical education resources,develop the sports brain education system and improve the strategic statusof national education on national stage. What the lowest-low fertility brings to physical education are challenges rather than opportunities. The researchsuggests improving physical fitness of young students as emphasis,attaching importance to basic physical education of schools,deepening reform physicaleducation teaching,planning for the development of teaching facilities scientifically,applying hardware education facilities resource properly,strengtheningthe arrangement and leadership of further coordinated development of national physical education.
