摘要 半潜式起重铺管船是一种柱稳式的移动平台,具备大型起重及深水铺管功能,由于水线面小,该类船型的耐波性能大幅优于传统船型船,具有更好的作业天气窗口。半潜船船型优化设计是一个不断循环,持续改进的过程,整体主尺度及下浮体、立柱、上浮体等各组成部分的尺度、形状选定既要满足作业设备和不同舱室的布置需求,还要满足船舶稳性、浮力及压载的要求,并且还是决定船舶运动性能的关键。合理的优化船型是半潜船设计的核心技术,该文对该类船型的优化设计经验进行了总结。 Semi-submersible Crane Vessel(SSCV)is a kind of column stabilized unit,the main function for this kind of vessel are heavy lifting and pipe-laying.SSCV’s seakeeping performance and weather windows are much better than normal vessel type because of its minimized water plane area.The hull optimization of semi-submersible vessel is a continuous cycle.To finally determine the dimension and shape of the whole vessel and each components,the designer have to meet the arrangement requirements of equipments and various compartments,also have to meet the needs of stability,buoyancy and ballast,the most important thing is to consider the motion performance.Experience in the hull optimization of SSCV is summarized in this paper.
