摘要
红细胞作为血液中数量最多的血细胞,不仅自身具有免疫功能,还可以作为天然药物载体,具有增强抗肿瘤药物的靶向性、安全性等作用。由于红细胞载体所具有的优势,越来越多的研究学者将红细胞载体应用于抗肿瘤治疗。近年来,直接将红细胞用于运载药物的研究已获得广泛认可,已有红细胞载体进入临床实验,而针对红细胞膜的修饰也具有一定的研究进展,特别是新型红细胞膜载药系统的出现。通过查阅近年文献,对红细胞膜进行相关综述,以期重新认识红细胞膜在肿瘤研究中的作用和地位。
The red blood cell(Erythrocyte, RBC) as the largest number in the blood, not only has the function of immunity, but also can be used as a natural drug carrier, which has the function of enhancing the target and safety of anti-tumor drugs, and so on. Because of the advantages of the RBC carrier, more and more researchers have used the RBC carrier for anti-tumor therapy. In recent years, the research on red blood cells directly used in the drug delivery has been widely recognized, and it has been used in clinical trials. The research progress of modification and application of erythrocyte membrane is also studied. The latest development RBC membrane-camouflaged nanoparticle systems(RBC-NP) show the importance of the RBC membrane. By referring to the literature, the RBC membrane was reviewed, in order to understand the role and status of the RBC membrane in tumor research.
