摘要 随着计算机技术和光谱技术的发展,高光谱成像技术逐渐成为农产品检测的重要手段之一。高光谱成像技术将图像分析和光谱分析有机结合起来,而图像信息可以表现出农产品的外部品质和特征,光谱信息则可以用来检测农产品的内部品质,农产品的内外部品质信息可以完全反映出来,实现对农产品内外品质的快速、无损检测。介绍了高光谱成像的基本原理,总结了国内外高光谱成像技术在果蔬、肉类、谷物等农产品无损检测中的应用。 With the development of computer technology and spectral technique, hyperspectral imaging technology gradually becomes an important means of agricultural products detection. It combines image analysis and spectral analysis, image information shows the external quality and characteristics of agricultural products, meanwhile spectral information can be used to detect the internal quality of agricultural products, so that the internal and external quality information of agrieuhural products can be fully reflected, then the fast and nondestructive detection of the internal and external quality of agricultural products is realized. The basic principle of hyperspeetral imaging was introduced, and the application of hyperspectral imaging technology in nondestructive detection of fruits and vegetables, meat, grain and other agricultural products was summarized.
