应用型本科工作过程导向项目化课程研究——“酒店前厅与客房管理”的开发与实践 被引量:7

摘要 应用型本科院校转型的起点在于课程改革,课程改革的方向在于从传统的学科体系课程向工作过程导向项目化课程转变,目的在于培养满足社会需要的中级应用型人才。在"先入行,再学理,最后再实践"的工学结合人才培养模式的基础上,遵循"以理论知识为基础,以工作过程为导向,项目化教学为主体,典型工作任务为中心,以培养学生综合能力为目标"的课程开发理念,采用"四步教学法"实现"酒店前厅与客房管理"的课程目标。 The first step in the transformation of applied undergraduate college lies in the curriculum reform, and the direction of the reform is the transition from traditional subject curriculum to the process-oriented and project- based curriculum, whose aim is to meet the social requirements for senior applied talents. On the basis of the training mode of work-integrated learning--"going into industry first, and then learning theory, and finally trying practice again", and by following the route of the curriculum development philosophy--"based on the study of theoretical knowledge, the working process-orientation, and project-based teaching, taking the typical tasks as the center, aiming to cultivate students' comprehensive ability", we achieved the curriculum target of "management of hotel front office and housekeeping" by "the method of four-step teaching".
