百里香酚与苯醚甲环唑对芒果蒂腐病菌的联合毒力 被引量:2

摘要 为明确百里香酚与苯醚甲环唑混配药剂对芒果蒂腐病菌(Botryodiplodia theobroma Pat.)的毒力增效作用,采用菌丝生长速率法测定百里香酚、苯醚甲环唑及其混配药剂对芒果蒂腐病菌的毒力,结合Horsfall法筛选混配药剂的增效比例,以孙云沛共毒系数法评价其联合毒力。结果显示,百里香酚与苯醚甲环唑配比为8∶2、7∶3和6∶4时,对抑制芒果蒂腐病菌菌丝生长表现为增效作用,其中以7∶3时增效最明显,毒性比率TR值为1.26;共毒系数法显示,百里香酚与苯醚甲环唑以7∶3混配时的EC_(50)值为16.53μg/m L,CTC值达175.25,增效显著。百里香酚与苯醚甲环唑混剂抑制芒果蒂腐病菌菌丝生长的最佳增效配比为7∶3。 The aim of this study was to investigate the synergistic effect of thymol and difenoconazole mixed fungicides on Botryodiplodia theobroma Pat; The toxicity to B. theobrorna Pat of thymol, difenoconazole and their mixture was determined by mycelium growth rate test; Horsfall test design and Sun-Johnson method were used to evaluate the synergistic effect of the fungicides against B. theobroma Pat. The result showed that the mixtures of thymol and difenoconazole at the ratio of 8 : 2, 7 : 3 and 6 : 4 exhibited synergistic internation against the myeelial growth of B. theobroma Pat, and the most obvios synergistic effect at the ratio of 7 : 3 with toxicity ratio(TR)of 1.26.The result of sun-Johson showed that the EC50 value of the 7 : 3 mixture was 16.53 μg/mL, and the mixture indicate evident synergistic effect with CTC value of 175.25. The mixture of thymol and difenoconazole at the ratio of 7 : 3 is the optimal synergistic proportion.
