摘要
高技术产业已成为当今经济发展的重要动力，衡量高技术产业发展状况需要综合评价其效益水平。在分析内蒙古高技术产业发展现状的基础上，构建衡量高技术产业效益的指标，并且运用综合指数法计算出综合评价指标，对2008-2013年内蒙古及西部12省市自治区的高技术产业效益进行综合评价、比较分析，并提出相关建议。
High-teeh industry has become an important motive force for the development of the national econo- my. Evaluation of the benefits of high-tech industry is important to measure its development status . We analyze the current situation of the high-tech industry in Inner Mongolia. On the construction of the index system for the measurement of the benefits, we assess the benefits of high-tech industries of Inner Mongolia and other 12 prov- inces in China from 2008 to 2013. Finally we give some suggestions.
