摘要
在全球一体化的背景下,技术创新型人力资本的增值成为知识经济时代企业关注的重点问题之一。从这个角度入手,建立评价企业技术创新型人力资本增值的指标体系,并运用主成分分析法进行定量研究。结果表明,影响企业技术创新型人力资本增值的因素有企业的综合实力、科研激励制度、投资水平和企业技术合作情况。最后提出企业创新型人力资本增值的路径的选择。
In the context of global integration, technological innovation, human capital value--added knowledge economy enterprises to become one of the focus of attention. Starting from this point, evaluation of technological in- novation and the establishment of human capital value of the index system, and using principal component analysis, the study found that, the impact of enterprise technology Innovative value--added human capital factors: the overall strength of enterprises, research incentive system, the level of investment and technological cooperation. The path of human capital value, including: creating a favorable atmosphere for scientific research, promote the added value of human capital; enterprises to invest in technology research and development; enterprises to adopt clear and effective incentive system.
