二氧化硫脲漂白高岭土的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以福建某高岭土为研究对象,采用二氧化硫脲为还原剂、草酸为配合剂进行高岭土漂白试验研究。考察了二氧化硫脲用量、p H、还原时间、配合时间、矿浆浓度、温度和草酸用量等对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,二氧化硫脲用量为0.8%,草酸用量为7%,矿浆浓度为20%,p H为12,反应时间为15min,配合时间为15min。该高岭土经还原、配合后白度从66.4%提高至85.9%,可满足塑料填料、橡胶填料的应用要求。 In this experimental study, a type of kaolin from Fujian was bleached, using thiourea dioxide as a reducing agent and oxalic acid as a complexing agent. Effects of the dosage of thiourea dioxide, pH, reaction time, complexing time, slurry concentration, temperature, and the amount of oxalic acid on bleaching were examined. The results showed that when the thiourea dioxide dosage was 0.8%, the dosage of oxalic acid was 7%, the slurry concentration was 20%, pH was 12, the reaction time was 15 min, and the complexing time was 15 rain, the bleaching result was the best, the whiteness of the kaoline after reduction and complexing increased from 66.4% to 85.9%, thus meeting the application requirements for rubber and plastic fillers.
