不同培养条件对油茶根际解磷菌6-Y-09溶磷效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同碳源(葡萄糖、果糖、可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糖和乳糖)、氮源(硝酸钾、硫酸铵、尿素和硝酸铵)、C/N(40:1、20:1、8:1)、p H值(5.0、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0)及温度(24、26、28、30、32、34、36益)对油茶根际解磷菌6-Y-09溶磷能力的影响。结果表明院以葡萄糖为唯一碳源时解磷菌6-Y-09表现出最强的解磷效果,溶磷量达201.51 mg/L;以尿素为唯一氮源时,解磷菌6-Y-09表现出最强的解磷效果,溶磷量达215.43 mg/L;解磷菌6-Y-09最佳C/N为20:1,最佳p H值为7.0~7.5;另外,解磷菌6-Y-09在28~30益时表现出最强的解磷效果。 The ability of phosphate solubilizing by strain 6-Y-09 in Camellia oleifera Abel. with different cultivation conditions,including different carbon sources (glucose,fructose,soluble starch,sucrose,maltose,lactose),different nitrogen sources (potassium nitrate,ammonia sulfate, urea',ammonium nitrate) ,different C/N(40:1,20:1,8:1 ) ,different pH value(5.0,6.0,6.5,7.0,7.5,8.0) ,different temperatures (24,26,28,30,32,34, 36 ℃ )were studied. The results showed that strain 6-Y-09 had the highest phosphate solubilizing when glucose was used as carbon source, the released soluble P was 201.51 mg/L. When urea was used as nitrgoen source, the released soluble P by strain 6-Y-09 was 215.43 mg/L.In addition, strain 6-Y- 09 had the highest caoacitv of ohosohate solubilization when C/N was 20:1. oH value was 7.0-7.5. and the temnerature was 28-30℃.
