摘要
目前,德国的职业学校教师大学阶段的培养基本由本科阶段三年学习和硕士阶段两年学习组成。大学期间,职业教育师范生要选择两门师范专业,职业教育师范类专业共16种。德国职业教育师资大学阶段所学的内容主要包括专业内容学习(两门专业)和教育学类课程学习,课程设置围绕这两部分展开。本科阶段的学习强调专业知识的培养,硕士阶段的学习强调教育学知识的培养。
In Germany the training of vocational school teachers includes three years Undergraduate study and two years master study. There are 16 professional subjects in the training of vocational school teachers. Students for Vocational schools teachers in Germany study two professional subjects as well as educational courses. Curriculum arrangement re- lates the two parts together. The undergraduate phase emphasizes professional courses and the master phase emphasizes educational courses.
