摘要
针对目前废旧家电回收市场混乱、资源再利用率低、环境污染严重等现状,文章提出了基于RFID(radio frequency identification)技术的废旧家电产品回收模式。假设产品在出厂时便含有RFID标签,之后生命周期中的各个阶段都将录入RFID信息,回收时根据RFID信息基础对废旧家电进行质量评估。首先利用RFID技术所记录的产品使用信息结合人工检测信息,建立废旧家电质量评价模型;再利用层次分析法求得各评价指标的权重大小,运用模糊综合评价法对模型进行求解;最后计算综合评价结果,根据评价结果对废旧家电产品进行质量评估。
For the chaotic recycling market of waste household appliances, low utilization rate of resources and serious environmental pollution, the waste household appliances recycling mode based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology is proposed. The product is assumed to have RFID tags in the factory,then the RFID information will be entered in all life cycle stages of product, the quality of waste household appliances is evaluated based on RFID information during recycling. Firstly, the quality evaluation model of waste household appliances is established based on the product information recorded by RFID technology and the artificial detection information. Secondly, the weights of evaluation indexes are gotten by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the model is solved by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation results are calculated, and the quality of waste household appliances product is evaluated according to the results.
