摘要
为探究小型通用汽油机的排放性能,以同排量不同厂家小型通用汽油机多组排放数据为基础,引入单工况排放物的分担率概念,采用适当的统计方法分析小型通用汽油机各工况下CO、HC、NOX排放对整机排放的影响。试验研究表明,各排放物在工况1和工况2的平均分担率对实际排放的影响超过权重,其他工况权重对最终排放的影响较大。此外,又探究了过量空气系数与CO、HC、NOX比排放的变化规律。分析表明,CO、HC的比排放与过量空气系数呈现负相关,而NOX的比排放与过量空气系数呈现正相关。
In order to investigate the emission performances of non-road small spark-ignition engines, the concept of emission share rate of each operating mode is introduced. The influence of the CO, HC and NOx emissions under each operating mode upon the total emissions are analyzed using appropriate statistical methods based on a group of emissions data from engines with a same displacement manufactured by various factories. It is revealed that under operating mode 1 and mode 2, the impacts of average share rate on actual emissions exceed the weights, while the consequence under other operating modes are opposite. In addition, the connection between excess air ratio and the specific emissions of CO, HC and NOx are analyzed. A negative correlation is indicated between the excess air ratio and specific emissions of CO and HC, while a positive correlation between the excess air ratio and specific emission of NOx is manifested.
