超高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中7种美白成分 被引量:25

Simultaneous determination of seven kinds of whitening ingredients in cosmetics by ultra performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(UPLC-DAD)同时测定化妆品中奥扎格雷、烟酰胺、阿魏酸、苯酚、水杨酸、苯乙基间苯二酚和辛酰水杨酸7种美白成分的方法。样品用50%甲醇水溶液超声提取20 min,采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm),以5 mmol/L的癸烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.1%磷酸)-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L/min,检测波长为220和277 nm,柱温为30℃。结果表明,奥扎格雷、辛酰水杨酸和水杨酸的线性范围分别为0.25~10,0.5~20和2.0~80 mg/L,其他4种化合物的线性范围均为1.0~40 mg/L,相关系数均大于0.999。保留时间和峰面积的日内和日间精密度均较好,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.0%。7种美白成分的方法检出限为0.39~4.33 mg/kg,平均回收率为91.9%~108.2%,RSD为0.1%~2.6%。该方法简单、快速、准确、可靠,适用于化妆品中多种美白成分的同时检测。 A method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography- diode array detector( UPLC- DAD)for simultaneous determination of ozagrel,niacinamide,ferulic acid,phenol,salicylic acid,phenylethyl resorcinol and octanoylsalicylic acid in whitening cosmetics was established. These seven compounds were extracted by50% methanol aqueous solution under assistance of ultrasonic wave for 20 min. ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3column( 2. 1 mm × 50 mm,1. 8 μm) was used with mobile phase of sodium 1- decanesulfonate with concentration of 5 mmol / L( containing 0. 1% phosphoric acid) for conducting gradient elution. The detection wavelength is 220 and 277 nm,and the column temperature is 30 ℃. The linearity ranges in 0. 25 ~ 10 mg / L for ozagrel,0. 5 ~ 20 mg / L for octanoylsalicylic acid,2. 0 ~ 80 mg / L for salicylic acid as well as 1. 0 ~ 40 mg / L for niacinamide,ferulic acid,phenol and phenylethyl resorcinol. The intra and inter day precision of retention time and peak area are also good. The average recovery rates are from 91. 9% to 108. 2%,and the relative standard deviations( RSD) are from 0. 1% to 2. 6%. The method is convenient,accurate,reliable and suitable for the determination of seven compounds above mentioned at the same time.
