摘要
综述了聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)纤维的制备方法、性能和应用的研究进展。PLLA纤维的制备方法主要包括溶液纺丝、熔融纺丝和静电纺丝。通过调控纺丝工艺、共混改性、物理改性、化学改性等方法,可改善PLLA纤维的生物降解性、力学性能、耐热性能、阻燃性、抗菌性、抗紫外性等综合性能。指出PLLA纤维是未来可持续发展的必然趋势,应在原料成本、纤维改性、纺丝工艺、纤维后处理等方面深入研究,扩大PLLA纤维的应用领域。
The research progress in the preparation technology, properties and application of poly( L-lactic acid) (PLLA) fiber was reviewed. The preparation technology of PLLA fiber mainly included solution spinning, melt spinning and electrospinning processes. The comprehensive properties of PLLA fiber could be improved by spinning process regulation, blend modification, physical modification and chemical modification, such as biodegradability, mechanical properties, heat resistance, flame retardance, antibacterial property, ultraviolet resistance. It was pointed out that PLLA fiber should be the inevitable trend of the sustainable development in future, and the application of PLLA fiber should be developed by enhancing the research concerning the raw material cost, fiber modification, spinning process and fiber post-treatment, etc.
