摘要
基于Tracepro光学分析软件,以实验室自行研发的碟式太阳能聚光器-半球形腔式吸热器系统为对象进行三维实体建模,探寻放置腔体穹顶的反射圆锥几何参数(圆锥锥角)对吸热器性能影响规律,同时探讨吸热器采光口距聚光器焦点平面距离L对吸热器性能影响。模拟结果表明:反射圆锥半径为20 mm,锥角α=120°时,半球形腔式吸热器光学性能最优;吸热器采光口距离聚光器焦点前后变化时得出各参数呈正态分布。可为碟式太阳能聚光反射系统的设计和优化提供参考,并为下一步的实验研究提供基础。
With the Tracepro optical analysis software, self-designing solar dish concentrator-hemispherical cavity receiver is three-dimensional modeled. The effect of geometry parameters of dome reflector cone (such as tapered cone angle) on the performance of cavity receiver was explored. The performance of cavity receiver determined by the distance between the daylight portal and concentrator focal plane was also discussed. The simulation results show that the hemispherical cavity receiver obtains the best optical performance when the reflective cone radius is 20mm and cone angle α is 120°. The normally distribution is described for all parameters when the day-lighting mouth of receiver located near the focus of the condenser. It provides a reference for the design and optimization of reflector system of dish solar concentrator. This process provides a data base for further experimental research.
