摘要
教师课程领导力是深化基础教育课程改革、提升学生学习品质、教师专业发展的内在需求。针对基础教育教师课程领导力缺失问题,应从源头上加强师范生课程领导力的培养,优化教师教育课程体系,设置课程领导力专业课程,觉知师范生课程领导意识,转变传统教育教学观念,培养课程决策能力、课程开发能力及课程人际领导力,参加课程开发实践等。
Teachers' curriculum leadership can deepen the basic education curriculum reform, improve the quality of student learning and satisfy the "internal needs of teacher professional development. The lack of teachers' curriculum leadership has become a problem in basic education field. In order to solve it, counter- measures need to be taken. Normal universities need take action to train the pre - service teachers' curriculum leadership,optimize teacher education curriculum, set a teacher curriculum leadership course. Pre - service teachers should have the awareness of curriculum leadership, change old - fashioned education concept, strengthen the curriculum decision -making, curriculum development and interpersonal leadership skills, and participate in curriculum development practices.
