甲状腺功能亢进症患者氧自由基代谢及游离氨基酸变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究甲状腺功能亢进症(hyperthyroidism,简称甲亢),甲亢患者氧自由基代谢及游离氨基酸的变化情况。方法:选取2013年5月~2014年10月于湖北医药学院附属东风医院进行诊治的81例甲亢患者为观察组,并选取同时期的81名体检健康者为对照组,检测与比较两组的血清氧自由基及游离氨基酸水平,并比较观察组中不同病因及基础代谢率患者的检测结果。结果:观察组的血清氧自由基相关指标均高于对照组,血清抗氧化相关指标均低于对照组,且血清游离氨基酸水平也明显低于对照组(均P〈0.05);且重度甲亢患者的检测结果差于轻度及中度患者,但不同病因患者间之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:甲亢患者氧自由基代谢及游离氨基酸的变化明显,且不同基础代谢率患者的检测结果差异也较为明显。 Objective:To study the change of oxygen free radicaI metabolism and free amino acids of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods=A total of 81 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected as observation group, 81 healthy persons with health examination at the same period were selected as control group. Then serum oxygen free radical indexes and free amino acids of two groups were respectively detected and compared, then the detection results of observation group with different etiologic types and basal metabolic rate of hyperthyroidism were compared too. Results:The serum oxygen free radical related indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the serum antioxidant related indexes were all lower than those of control group. Serum free amino acids levels were all significantly lower than those of control group, and the detection results of observation group with severe hyperthyroidism were worse than those of patients with mild and moderate disease (all P〈0.05) ; while the detection results of observation group with different types of hyperthyroidism showed no significant differences (all P〈0.05). Conclusion:The fluctuation of oxygen free rad-ical metabolism and free amino acids of patients with hyperthyroidism are obvious,and the detection results of patients with different basal metabolic rates are obvious too.
