摘要
目的观察运动应激对新疆维吾尔、哈萨克、柯尔克族大学生心率、血清皮质醇(Cor)、血尿素氮(BUN)和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的影响及其与心率变化的关系,为揭示运动应激后3个少数民族大学生体质变化特征提供实验依据。方法以新疆喀什师范学院2012级非体育专业3个民族的180名维吾尔、哈萨克、柯尔克族大学生为研究对象,于空腹状态下在功率自行车上进行间歇性力竭运动实验。对比运动后即刻以及运动后1 h,24 h和48 h受试者上述指标在不同民族间的变化。结果哈萨克族和柯尔克族大学生运动应激后心率升高幅度大于维族大学生,运动后即刻、1 h和24 h民族间差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为22.03,117.02,55.15,P值均<0.05);运动后4个时间段BUN含量民族间差异有统计学意义(F值分别为29.72,8.30,11.89,20.00,P值均<0.05);运动后即刻、1 h和48 h Cor含量民族间差异有统计学意义(F值分别为123.77,55.66,10.14,P值均<0.05);运动后即刻、1 h和24 h MDA含量民族间差异有统计学意义(F值分别为31.04,54.43,30.33,P值均<0.05)。Pearson相性关分析和逐步回归分析发现,维吾尔族和柯尔克族大学生Cor变化与心率之间有线性关系(r值分别为0.832,0.939),哈萨克族大学生MDA变化与心率之间有弱线性关系(r=0.560)。结论新疆3个民族大学生运动应激反应特点和负荷承受能力不同,通过心率变化可以有效预测3个民族大学生运动应激反应程度。
Objective To explore effects of exercise stress on physiologic and biochemical index among Uygur,Kazak,Kirgiz college students in Xinjiang.Methods Totally,180 Uygur,Kazak,Kirgiz college students conducted intermittent exhaustive training experiment in power bicycle under fasting state.Physiologic and biochemical index including heart rate,blood cortisol,malonaldehyde and urea nitrogen,were compared before and after exercise stress immediately,1 h,24 h and 48 h among different ethnic groups post exercise.Results The stress response of Kazak and Kirgiz students were more intense than Uygur students.Significant differences were found in heart rate among three groups after exercise immediately,1 h and 24 h(F = 22.03,117.02,55.15,P〈0.05).Significant differences were found in blood urea nitrogen after 4 stages of the exercise(F = 29.72,8.3,11.89,20.00,P〈0.05).Significant differences were found blood cortisol between the groups after exercise immediately,1 h and 48 h(F =123.77,55.66,10.14,P〈0.05).Significant difference was found in blood malonaldehyde(MDA)after exercise immediately,1 h and 24 h(F = 31.04,54.43,30.33,P 〈 0.05).Functional changes of " stress axis" in Uighurs and Kirgiz students after exercise stress showed linear relation with heart rate.There was weak linear relationship between changes of heart rate in Kazak students and changes of MDA(r = 0.56).Conclusion The response to exercise stress among college minority students in Xinjiang are differentiated based on a variety of index.Changes of heart rate could be used to predict exercise stress reaction among college students.
