摘要
介绍了新型磁力预选设备ZCLA磁选机的结构特征和分选原理。该设备采用外磁系与内选筒式结构,巧妙地利用了重力、磁力和离心力协同作用,可使各种磁性矿物得到高效预选。ZCLA磁选机在钒钛磁铁矿、混合铁矿和海滨砂矿等的预选应用情况表明,该设备分选效果明显,机构运行平稳,经济效益显著。
The structural characteristics and separation principle of magnetic separator ZCLA, a new type of magnetic preconcentration equipment, were introduced. Cosisting of an outer magnetic system and an inner cylinder, the separator can utilize handily the synergistic effect of gravity force, magnetic force and centrifugal force, to actualize the high efficient preconcentration of magnetic minerals. As testified in practices of ZCLA in preconcentration of vanadiferous titanomagnetite ore, mixed iron ore and sea-beach placer, the effective separation and stable operation can be guaranteed, thus bringing in remarkable economic benefits.
