乙二醇装置T-320水系统微生物污染与防治研究

摘要 为解决生物粘泥堵卷填料的问题,对T-320塔釜填料蒸煮前后微生物污染程度进行评判,从温度、水质的检测分析、营养源、消泡剂的性能及使用情况等方面进行调查,对鸭20水系统微生物生长原因进行系统排查。针对现场情况,开展针对性杀菌评价试验,筛选评价出杀菌剂的种类为1号非氧化性杀菌剂及合适的投加浓度为300mg/L,杀菌处理时间控制在24~48h。通过详尽调查和试验研究,为装置提供了一份技术解决方案,为解决T-320水系统微生物污染堵塞填料的问题指明了方向,为乙二醇装置的安稳运行提供了技术支持。 To solve the problem of microbial sludge plugging, the degree of microbial contamination of T- 320 Tower packing before and after steaming is evaluated. The causes of contamination are studied in respect of temperature, testing of water quality, nutrient sources, performance utilization of de -foamer, etc. The causes of microorganism growth in T -320 water system are analyzed. Based upon the results of analysis, bactericiding evaluation test is performed to screen out 1 # non - oxidizing bactericide whose appropriate dosage is 300 mg/L and whose sterilization time is controlled within 24 - 48 hours. The detailed investigation and study has provided a good technical solution for the unit, a technical solution for the microbial contamination of T - 320water system and strong support for the safe and stable operation of the ethylene glycol unit.
