摘要
三维石墨烯材料(3DGMs)具有独特的三维多孔网络连通结构,大的比表面,良好的光、电、热、力学等性质,是理想的超级电容器材料,应用前景广泛。介绍了3DGMs的制备方法,综述了以化学生长法和化学气相沉积法制备的高质量、大比表面积3DGMs在超级电容器方面的应用现状,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Due to its unique three-dimentional (3D) network connectivity structure,large surface area,excellent optical, electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, 3D graphene has become one of the ideal supercapacitor materials and has excellent application prospects. The preparation methods of 3D graphene-based materials were presented. The applications of materials with high quality and large specific area achieved by chemical methods and chemical vapor deposition in supercapacitor were summarized in details. Finally, the development tendency of materials in supercapacitors was predicted.
