摘要
研究了以乳液聚合法合成以丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸(BA/MMA/AA)三元共聚物为基材制备水性可剥离去污涂料。利用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、万能拉伸实验机、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计等对其进行表征。结果表明,所制备的水性可剥离去污涂料具有良好的力学性能,剥离强度在0.86~0.936N/m之间;对180~400nm可见紫外近红外范围内的光线吸收强烈;在1607、1400.1cm^(-1)处新出现的羧酸盐离子(R-COO^-)反对称与对称伸缩振动峰说明其与Zn^(2+)发生了交联反应。
The BA/MMA/AA water-based coating which can be stripped was prepared adopting emulsion polymerization. Viscosity was controlled by ammonia solution. The zinc complex ion solution was used as cross-linkable agent at ambient temperature. Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),GDP-C permeability rate tester, ultraviolet-visible-near in frared spectrophotometer,atomic absorption spectrometer were used to analyze characterization of the coating. The results showed that the coating had good performance,and with strong absorption for the light range of 180-400 nm. The new antisymmetric and symmetric stretching vibration front for carboxylate ions in 1607cm^-1 and 1400. 1cm ^-1 explained it happened crosslinking reaction with Zn^2+.
