摘要
目的探讨PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育在胃癌放疗中的应用效果。方法选取该院收治的胃癌患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组应用传统的口头健康教育方法,观察组应用PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育的方法进行干预,观察比较两者患者的健康教育达标率以及生活质量情况。结果观察组的教育达标率为89.58%,对照组为70.83%,观察组的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA管理结合路径化健康教育可以明显地增加健康教育的效果,提高患者的长期生活质量,是一种科学合理的,可操作性强的健康教育管理模式。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management combining with health education pathway in gastric cancer in radiotherapy. Methods A total of 96 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital, were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases in each group, the control group used the traditional method of oral health education, the observation group application of PDCA management method combining with health education pathway for intervention, observed to compare patients with De Jian Kang education standards and quality of life. Results The success rate of the observation group education was 89.58%, 70.83% in the control group, the observation group of the quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA management combining with health education pathway can significantly increase the effect of the health education, improve the long-term quality of life of the patients, is a scientific and reasonable, operation health education management mode and strong.
