下肢透析使用动静脉通路的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血管通路是当前肾病终末期患者透析的生命线。当上肢血管耗尽时,下肢透析使用动静脉通路是首选。下肢透析通路包括自体动静脉通路和人工血管通路两种,与上肢不同,下肢动静脉通路在其通畅率、并发症等方面有自己的特点。本文就近几年下肢透析使用动静脉通路的研究进展进行综述。 Vascular access is the dialysis patient's "lifeline. " Lower extremity arteriovenous accesses are a potential vascular access option in hemodialysis patients who have exhausted all upper-limb sites. The lower extremity options are including autogenous and prosthetic arteriovenous accesses. Numerous challenges including patency rates and complications are encountered in the lower extremities that are not seen in the upper extremities. In this review, we focus on the advances in lower extremity accesses.
