摘要 目的探讨分级检验方法学的建立及其在血脂生化检验中的应用价值。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年6月检验科采集的200例血脂生化检验标本作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将所有标本分为观察组与对照组,每组100例,其中对照组标本采用常规的拉网式检测方法,观察组检测采用分级检验法,比较两组标本血脂生化检验各项指标的差异性。结果两组患者TC、HDL、TG阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组Apo AI、Apo B以及LDL阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在人均检测费用比较中,观察组患者平均检测费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血脂生化检测过程中行分级检验方法可有效提高检验标本的准确性与可靠性,改善实验室检测结果对血脂生化检测的诊断意义,并可显著降低生化检测费用,具有临床应用及推广价值。 Objective To study the establishment of the grading test methodology and its application value in biochemical test of blood lipid. Methods 200 cases of blood lipid biochemical test specimen collected from department of laboratory in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each, The control group were given conventional dragnet detection method and the observation group were given grading test method, the difference of all indicators in biochemical test of blood lipid of the two specimen was com-pared. Results The TC、HDL and TG of the two groups were not significantly different P〉0.05;ApoAI、ApoB and LDL posi-tive rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05, and the difference was statistical-ly significant; per capita inspection fee of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Grading test method in the course of biochemical test of blood lipid can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the test specimen and can significantly reduce the biochemical testing costs, which has the clinical application and promotion value.
