喷气涡流纺黏胶针织物的纤维素酶柔软预处理试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用MEGA LPG-55中性纤维素酶,对喷气涡流纺黏胶针织物进行柔软预处理工艺参数优化。通过单因子和正交试验方法,探讨了纤维素酶用量、浴比、pH值、处理温度和处理时间对织物弯曲长度、弯曲刚度、静态悬垂系数和纵向折痕回复角等织物柔软和弹性性能的影响,对比了不同整理方法对织物柔软性能的影响效果。获得纤维素酶预处理优选工艺参数:纤维素酶用量1.5%(owf)、浴比1∶10、pH值5.5、处理温度40℃和处理时间50 min,织物经纤维素酶预处理组合柔软剂整理后的柔软性能最佳。 MEGA LPG-55 cellulase was seleeted for the parameter optimization of soft pre-treatment process on the MVS viscose knitted fabric. The influence of the 5 factors such as cellulase usage (owl), bath ratio, pH value, treatment temperature and treatment time on fabric softness and elasticity including test specification of bending length, bending rigidity, drape coefficient and longitudinal crease recovery angle were discussed with single factor and the orthogonal experiments, and the effects of the fabric softness with difl^rent treatment method were compared. The optical parameters of the cellulase pre-treatment obtained were as follows: cellulase usage(owf) was 1.5%, bath ratio was 1: 10, pH value was 5.5, treatment temperature was 40 ℃ and treatment time was 50 rain respectively. Fabric softness handled with cellulase pre-treatment and softness treatment could be best.
