摘要
分析了医学装备管理现状以及研究型医院建设标准中对医学装备管理部门的作用要求。结合医学装备管理的实践,对医学装备管理部门建设提出了建立医学装备质量与安全管理综合体系、医学装备资源的集中化管理、建立健全医学装备管理的培训教育体系、打造医学装备的信息化管理体系的思考,以期为医学装备管理部门提供参考。
The status and function of medical equipment management based on research-oriented hospital construction standards were analyzed.Combined with the practice of management of medical equipment,some suggestions were put forward for the development of medical equipment management department,including establishing medical equipment quality and safety management system,centralized management of medical equipment,completing training and education system for medical equipment management,implementing informatized management system of medical equipment.
