摘要
为给政府部门科学制定物流规划、合理配置物流资源提供科学依据和决策支持,需对区域物流发展水平进行客观、准确的评价。在全面分析影响区域物流发展水平的内、外部因素基础上,从物流发展投入、物流发展产出、物流发展环境三个方面构建了全面、科学的三层评价指标体系。将综合集成赋权法与模糊物元相结合,建立了区域物流发展水平的模糊物元模型,并以四川省2000~2011年的实际数据为基础,进行了评价分析。模型评价结果与四川省物流发展水平的实际状况相符,表明该模型有效可行。
To provide scientific basis and decision support for government department, and make regional logistics planning scientifically and distribute logistics resources reasonably, objective and accurate evaluation of regional logistics development is needed. Based on comprehensive analysis of the internal and external factors affecting the development of regional logistics, constructed a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system of three layers, consisted of three elements of logistics development input, logistics development output and logistics development environment. Set up a fuzzy matter-element model of regional logistics development by combining comprehensive integration granting weight with fuzzy matter-element, and gave a evaluation analysis to Siehuan province based on the true data from 2000 to 2011. Evaluation result of the model is close to actual situation of logistics development of Sichuan, which shows that the model is effective and feasible.
