摘要
随着物流行业的蓬勃发展,需要大量高技能人才,但人才的质量还不尽人意。"引企入校"是职业院校校企合作的新形式,能够强化校企合作,更好的培养高技能人才。文中根据学校的实际情况,提出如何以"引企入校"方式培养职业化配送管理人才。
