摘要
目的:优选维药牛舌草中总黄酮的热浸法提取工艺。方法:运用热浸法提取维药牛舌草,采用单因素试验考察浸提时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、浸提温度对总黄酮提取率的影响,在此基础上进行正交试验,确定维药牛舌草总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果:料液比对维药牛舌草总黄酮提取率影响最大,最佳提取工艺为浸提时间5 h,乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:40,浸提温度60℃。结论:采用热浸提法提取维药牛舌草总黄酮具有操作简便、提取率较高等优点。
Objective： To optimize heat extraction method of total flavonoids in Anchusa italica Refiz. Methods： Total flavonoids of Anchusa italica Retiz. were extracted by heat extraction method, and influence of extracting time, alcohol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extracting temperature on the extraction yield of total flavonoids, was investigated by single factor experiment, on the basis of which, the orthogonal experiment was carried out, to determined the optimum technological conditions of total flavonoids in Anchusa italica Retiz.. Results： The concentration of solid-liquid ratio showed the greatest effect on the extraction of total flavonoids. The best process conditions was the time 5 h, 70% ethanol as extraction solvent, 1 ：40（w/v）, and extracting temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion： The extraction method of total flavonoids in Anchusa italica Retiz. with heat extraction method showed advantages of easy operation and high extraction efficiency.
