纳米银-活性炭敷料对铜绿假单胞菌感染创面愈合影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨纳米银-活性炭敷料对铜绿假单胞菌感染创面愈合的影响。方法建立铜绿假单胞菌感染创面的Wistar大鼠模型,并随机分4组。A组用洗必泰凡士林敷料覆盖,B组用纳米银敷料覆盖,C组用活性炭敷料覆盖,D组用纳米银-活性炭纤维敷料覆盖。观察4组大鼠的创面愈合情况,采集创面组织并检测炎症因子、蛋白酶分子、凋亡分子的含量。结果B、C、D组大鼠的创面愈合率均高于A组,创面愈合时间短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组大鼠的创面愈合率高于B组、C组,创面愈合时间短于B组、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B、C、D组大鼠创面组织中TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8、MMP3、MMP8、MMP9的mRNA含量和蛋白含量均低于A组,D组大鼠创面组织中TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8、MMP3、MMP8、MMP9的mRNA含量和蛋白含量均低于B、C组,,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银-活性炭敷料有助于促进铜绿假单胞菌感染创面的愈合,可以抑制炎症因子、蛋白酶分子、凋亡分子的产生。 Objective To investigate the effect of nano si1ver-activated carbon dressing on wound hea1ing of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Methods Ma1e Wistar rats were used as experimenta1 anima1s and random1y divided into the A,B,C,D four groups after aeruginosa infection wound anima1 mode1 was estab1ished. A group was covered with ch1orhexidine dressings,B group was covered with nano si1ver dressing,C group was covered with activated carbon dressing,D group with nano si1ver - activated carbon fiber dressing. Then wound hea1ing condition of four groups of rats were observed,wound tissues were co11ected and inf1ammatory cytokines,rotease mo1ecu1es,apoptosis mo1ecu1es cotemts were detected. Results Wound hea1ing:wound hea1ing rates of group B,C,D were higher than group A,wound hea1ing time were shorter than group A;wound hea1ing rates of group D were higher than group B,C,wound hea1ing time were shorter than group B,C;re1ated mo1ecu1es contents in wound:TNF-α,IL-2,IL-8,MMP3,MMP8,MMP9 contents in wound tissue of group B,C,D were 1ower than group A;TNF-α,IL-2,IL-8,MMP3,MMP8,MMP9 contents in wound tissue of group D were 1ower than group B,C. Conclusion Nano Si1ver - activated carbon dressing is he1pfu1 to promote wound hea1ing of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection,inhibit inf1ammatory cytokines,proteases mo1ecu1es,apoptosis mo1ecu1es production.
