电缆测试车高压冲击信号发生装置的研制 被引量:4

Development of High-voltage Surge Signal Generator for Cable Test Van

摘要 传统的高压(HV)冲击信号发生装置放电能量低、结构分散,限制了电缆故障探测能力和系统可靠性。为此,研制了一种用于电缆测试车的高冲击能量、一体化高压冲击信号发生装置。采用组合电容容量转换和输出电压联动控制电路与开关,提高了装置的放电能量和一体化水平;采用由牵引电磁铁和连杆组件构成的专用放电开关,以控制可调高压冲击信号放电;采用放电方式控制电路,实现了装置单次手动放电和自动周期放电功能;此外,还提出了一种高压设备接地保护检测方法,可保护测试人员和设备的安全。结果表明,该装置一体化程度高,最大放电电压为-32 k V,最大冲击放电能量可达2 560 J,满足现场使用要求。 Due to their dissipative structure and low discharge energy, high-voltage (HV) surge signal generators have limited system reliability and cable fault detection capability. Therefore, we developed an HV surge signal generator for cable test vans, which has larger surge energy and an integral structure. Capacitance conversion of combined capacitors and output voltage control were jointly applied to control the device' circuit and switch and to improve the device's dis- charge energy and integration level. A dedicated discharge switch composed of tractive electromagnet and connecting rod assembly was employed to control the discharges of adjustable high voltage surge signals. The device had fimctions of single manual and automatic periodic discharge, which were achieved by using a discharge control circuit. Besides, we proposed a detection method for HV equipment grounding protection that eould protect the device and operating staff. The results show that the proposed device is highly integrated, and with the highest discharge voltage of-32 kV and the maximum impulse discharge energy of 2 560 J, it meets the requirements of field applications.
