摘要
在海水温度25℃的条件下,对体质量为28.3±7.7 g的大黄鱼幼鱼在不同盐度(10、15、20、25、30)条件下的耗氧率和排氨率进行了测定分析。实验结果表明:在一定盐度范围内,大黄鱼幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率均随盐度的升高而升高(P<0.05),但当盐度超过一定值后,其耗氧率和排氨率又均随盐度的升高而降低(P<0.01)。在本实验条件下,大黄鱼幼鱼的耗氧率与盐度的回归方程为Y=-0.000 9 X2+0.033 X+0.128 2;排氨率与盐度的回归方程为Y=-0.000 09 X2+0.003 4 X-0.002 1。不同盐度下大黄鱼幼鱼平均O:N比值为15.85,在盐度25时出现最高值17.86。
At seawater temperature rate (ROC) and ammonia excretion rate 25 ℃, the experiments on the determination of oxygen consumption (RAM) of Juvenile Pseudosciaena crocea with the body weight 28.3 ± 7.7 g at different salinity (10, 15, 20, 25, 30) have been conducted. The results showed that in a certain range, the ROC and RAM increased with the salinity going up (P〈0.05), but when the salinity exceeded a certain value, the ROC and RAM would be decreased accompanying salinity ascending (P〈0.01). On this experimental condition, the regressive equation of ROC and the salinity of Juvenile P. crocea could be expressed as Y=- 0.000 9 X2+0.033 X+0.128 2; the regressive equation of RAM and the salinity was Y=-0.000 09 X2+0.003 4 X-0.002 1. The average oxygen-nitrogen ratio (O:N) of Juvenile P. crocea was 15.85 at different salinity while O:N got its peak 17.86 at salinity 25.
