摘要
从行业地位、行业发展、企业战略三个层次探讨城乡一体化背景下建筑行业的发展前景,提出通过加强法制建设,强化行业自律;建立管理机构,推进管理创新;发展绿色建筑,促进生态平衡推进建筑行业发展。
The development prospects of the construction industry under the background of urban and rural are discussed from three lev- els of industry status, research and development, enterprise strategy, and put forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the legal system construction and the industry self- regulation, establishing the management organization, promoting management innova- tion, developing green building, promoting ecological balance.
