摘要
目的对比应用条形码前后,临床化学检验差错发生的情况,评价条形码技术在临床化学检验中的应用价值。方法 2013年6月,医院正式将条形码大规模应用于临床化学检验之中;第一步,检验医嘱并核对信息,选择合适的条形码;第二步,以条形码采集器采集信息,并上传服务器;第三步,完成采样,核对信息;第四步,分批送检;最后,检验科扫描条形码获得检验信息,按要求操作,上传至数据库。结果 2013年6月—2014年5月,临床化学检验中重测发生率、漏检发生率、多检发生率、标本混淆发生率、报告内容混淆发生率、报告内信息遗漏发生率、待检时间过长报废率低于2012年6月—2013年5月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将条形码大规模应用于临床化学检验之中可有效提高工作效率,降低检验差错发生风险。
Objective To evaluate the application value of bar code technology in clinical chemistry. Methods June 2013, hospital officially to large-scale application of bar code in clinical chemistry; the first step, inspection instructions and check information, select suitable bar code; the second step, to bar code collector to collect information, and upload server;the third step, sampling is completed, check the information; the fourth step, batch inspection. Finally, test, scan the bar code obtained inspection information, in accordance with requirements of the operation, upload to the database.Results May June 2013-2014, clinical chemistry test-retest incidence, the incidence of missing, the incidence of inspection and confu-sion specimens incidence, the contents of the report confused incidence, omission of information in the report incidence rate, test time is too long to be scrap rate less than June 2012 to may 2013, the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion It can effectively improve the efficiency of the application of bar code in clinical chemistry test, and re-duce the risk of inspection errors.
