摘要
目的研究临床护理管理中细节思维管理方法的应用效果,以此改善患者的护理质量,提高患者满意度。方法选择2013年5月—2015年3月该院收治的80例需住院治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理管理方法把80例患者分成对照组与观察组。对照组应用常规护理管理,观察组实施细节思维管理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度95%,对照组护理满意度75%,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者在临床护理过程中实施细节思维管理能明显提高患者治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical nursing management in detail thinking and application effect of management methods, to improve the nursing quality of the patients, improve patient satisfaction. Methods In May 2013 to March 2015, our hospital 80 cases need to be hospitalized patients as the research object, according to the different nursing methods of 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group. Control application routine nursing, the observation group in the conventional nursing while giving details management thinking, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care. Results Observation group nursing satisfaction 95%, control group 75%, nursing satisfaction and nursing sat-isfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, two groups compared significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions Patients with detail thinking in the process of clinical nursing management method can obviously im-prove the effect of treatment in patients with, to improve the patients quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
