全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用研究 被引量:39

摘要 目的以临床对比研究的形式分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法收集114例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法将114例患者分成全程组和一般组,在一般组患者的护理管理中应用常规健康教育,在全程组患者的护理管理中应用全程健康教育。结果实施护理管理前,两组患者的血糖状况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施护理管理后全程组患者的血糖状况明显优于一般组患者(P<0.05),糖尿病相关知识掌握优良率、自我管理能力优良率、护理满意度分别为77.2%、84.2%和91.1%,明显高于一般组患者的57.9%、68.4%和83.3%(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理管理中的应用,可有效控制患者血糖状况,提高患者对糖尿病的认识和自我护理能力。 Objective Clinical comparative study in the form of health education model analysis of the whole application ef-fect in nursing management of patients with diabetes. Methods 114 cases of diabetic patients as research subjects, used touch the ball method throughout the 114 cases were divided whole group and general group, used conventional health edu-cation group in general group of patients in health care management, the application throughout the whole group of patients in health care management education. Results Before the implementation of care management, two groups of patients showed no glucose condition of significant differences (P〉0.05), after the implementation of care management throughout the glycemic status of patients was significantly better than the general group of patients (P〈0.05), diabetes related knowledge good rate, excellent rate of self-management skills, satisfaction with care were 77.2%, 84.2%and 91.1%, significantly high-er than the 57.9% general group of patients, 68.4% and 83.3% (P〈0.05). Conclusion Full health education model in nurs-ing management of patients with diabetes, which can effectively control blood sugar status of patients, improve patient awareness of diabetes and self-care.
