踝肱指数及超敏肌钙蛋白T与2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人冠脉狭窄程度的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价踝肱指数(ABI)与超敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)对2型糖尿病合并冠心病严重程度的预测作用。方法选择糖尿病病人96例,冠心病病人99例,糖尿病合并冠心病病人93例,健康对照组92名,均行心电图、血糖及hs-cTnT检查,除正常对照组均行冠脉造影及ABI检查,通过hs-cTnT和冠脉狭窄程度Gensini评分来反映冠脉病变的严重程度,分析糖尿病合并冠心病组ABI、hs-cTnT与Gensini评分的相关性。结果糖尿病合并冠心病组ABI低于糖尿病组、冠心病组(P<0.05),hs-cTnT高于糖尿病组、冠心病组(P<0.05);糖尿病合并冠心病组Gensini评分与ABI呈负相关(r=-0.493,P=0.04);Gensini评分与hs-cTnT呈正相关(r=0.568,P=0.03)。结论 ABI及hs-cTnT对2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人冠脉狭窄程度的无创评估有现实意义。
