摘要
目的优化西洋参废渣中总多糖的提取工艺。方法采用热水浸提法提取西洋参废渣中总多糖,以总多糖得率为指标,应用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定西洋参废渣中总多糖的得率,选择水温、提取时间、加水量为考察因素,通过正交试验优化西洋参废渣中总多糖的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加入15倍量水,80℃水浴提取2次,每次3h。结论优化的西洋参废渣中总多糖的提取工艺简便、经济、稳定可行,可为工业化提取西洋参废渣中的总多糖提供参考。
Objective To optimize estraction process of olysaccharides from residue of panax quique folium L.Methods Hot water extraction was used to extract the olysaccharides from residue of panax quique folium L.,with the yield of olysaccharides as in- dex,which was determined by phenol-sulphoacid method,orthgonal test was applied to optmize the estraction process with the water temperature,extration time and the amount of water as fators.Results The best extraction conditions were as follows:80℃ water bath exracted two times with 15-fold the amount of water,3h each time.Conclusion The optimizated extraction process was simple,economical,stable and feasible,which can provide reference to the industrial production application to the estraction process of olysaccharides from residue of panax quique folium.
