我国生猪养殖业产污量估算 被引量:5

Estimating Pollutants Production from China's Pork Industry

摘要 我国生猪产业规模大,应不断提高生猪养殖业污染治理水平。估算了2001—2013年我国各省级空间单元生猪养殖业污染物产量。利用因子分析法估计了我国生猪养殖业产污量主成份值,用以表示我国生猪养殖业综合产污水平。研究期间,我国生猪养殖业产污量增速低于生猪出栏量增速,生猪养殖业逐步向环境友好型转变。我国各地区生猪养殖业产污量区域差异显著。北京、上海、河北和宁夏生猪养殖业产污量逐年下降,四川、辽宁、湖南、河南等生猪主产区产污量增速较快。 China produces the largest amount of pork in the world, which brings about serious environmental stress. This paper calculates pollutants produced from China's pork sector. It also estimates the principal component scores of these pollutants. The results show that pollutants production from the pork sector grows slower than pig crop. China's hog production becomes cleaner. Regional inequality of pollutants production from the pork industry exists. Pollutants produced by the pork sector decreases in Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, and Ningxia. Meanwhile, pollutants production increases in provinces such as Sichuan, Liaoning, Hunan, Henan, etc.
