摘要
本文着重对高校图书馆知识管理实践进行系统介绍和分析。运用文献调查法和实地调查法,收集大量具有代表性的图书馆实践材料后,归纳了高校图书馆知识管理的三种实践模式:技术主导型、组织主导型和服务主导型,并分析其适用条件和优缺点。本文实例丰富,对高校图书馆实施知识管理具有参照作用。
The paper intraduces and analyses the knowledge management practice of academic library systemically. With the literature and questionnaire survey methods,collecting a large number of representative practical materials of libraries, this paper summarizes three kinds of practical modes of knowledge management in academic libraries： technology-oriented, organization-oriented and service- oriented,and anaylyses their application conditions,advantages and drawbacks.
