摘要 针对退运电池一致性差、无先验理论和梯次利用筛选难度大等问题,研究了退运锂离子电池特性,在实验获取退运电池关键性能参数的基础上,将电池筛选与模糊数学的聚类分析方法相结合,建立电池筛选聚类分析模型,选择欧式距离法对数据进行聚类分析,然后通过截取阈值对电池进行了分类。结果表明,该方法分类符合电池的实际运行特性,满足梯次利用需求,同时证明了退运电池性能与箱体设计、成组拓扑有关,并且为成组电池整体性能改善提供了理论依据。 According to the poor consistency of returned batteries, without a prior theory and the large difficulty of echelon use, characteristics of lithium-ion battery was studied, battery screening clustering model was presented,and a classification of the battery through combined the battery screening and Fuzzy clustering analysis was achieved in the experiments of lithium-ion battery. The results not only show that the method is in line with the actual operating characteristics of battery,meeting the needs of echelon use,but also proves returned battery performance with box design and provides a theoretical basis into a set of battery overall performance improvement.
